Cheap keto recipes make it easy for low and medium income earners to enjoy their keto diets and be able to take them regularly, especially as keto diets not only help to lose weight, but also helps to boost our health and performance.
So I put together a list of some really cheap keto recipes that you will very much enjoy. You can have them alone, or prepare them for the entire family.
1. Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
Two seeds of tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves or spinach
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
Slice your tomatoes into desired shape. Slice your basil (or spinach) and your mozzarella (if you don’t have access to mozzarella you can substitute with one egg only. Slice it to desired shape). Sprinkle your olive oil and server. Feel free to add a pinch of salt, if you like.
2. Steaks and Mushrooms Salad
Already boiled steaks (meat sliced across the muscle fibre.)
1 seed of Tomatoes
1 small cucumber
Worcestershire sauces (you can substitute with a good local sauce)
If you buy normal beef, slice it thinly or use a tenderizer hammer to flatten it.
Add your worcestershire sauces and steak sauce in a bowl. Add your spices. Marinate (soak) the beef in the sauce (it is better to soak it in the evening before. Some people soak theirs the whole day, however, 9 to 10 hours of marinating still works. Just ensure to soak it the evening before, say 7:00 PM.
Grill the marinated beef. If you have no grill, fry it over low heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, in a nonstick pan, for 15 minutes.
Wash your mushrooms and asparagus. Boil the mushrooms with a pinch of salt until they are soft. Cut your asparagus into bits. Sprinkle your spices over them and fry together over low heat, with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Chop your tomatoes and cucumber into small bits. Toss them together and serve.
3. Eggs Fritata
Chopped beef (already boiled)
Slice your tomatoes and pepper, and put them in a bowl. Pour in your already chopped beef. Chop your spinach and add it in.
Break your eggs and pour it into a bowl. Beat it well and turn into the main bowl. Toss to mix with the tomatoes and other ingredients. Sprinkle in your spices. Toss it again.
Place your frying pan over low heat. Oil the pain with 2 spoons of olive oil. Allow it to fry. Turn the other side and allow to fry too. Serve with a glass of freshly made juice
4. Eggs, Avocado and Steaks
Already boiled steak or beef
Cut your avocado open and slice to desired shape. Break your eggs into a bowl. Sprinkle your spices and beat the mixture together. Fry your eggs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
If using boiled beef, cut it thinly. Sprinkle a bit of spices and fry with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
5. Keto Burger With Avocado and Bell Pepper
Turkey Burger (you can substitute with ground beef)
Mushrooms or chopped gizzard
If you don’t have an already prepared burger, boil your ground beef with seasoning. Fry with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Also boil your mushrooms or gizzard with seasoning and fry.
Slice your bell pepper and cheese. Cut open your avocado. Serve with a sprinkle of spices.
6. Bacon With Eggs and Bluberries
Boil your bacon with spices and seasoning until soft. Fry in a nonstick pan with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
Using 1 tablespoon of olive, fry your eggs and spinach with a sprinkle of spices. Serve with blueberries.
7. Tilapia Serving
Tilapia or any fish of your choice
Season your tilapia and place it on the grill, or fry with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Chop and fry your green beans with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and a sprinkle of spices.
Serve with sliced tomatoes.
8. Chicken and Lettuce
2 chicken thighs
Cucumber or pickles
Boil your chicken with seasoning and spices. Place in an oven to roast. Alternatively, you can spice the chicken thighs and roast right away without boiling. But ensure it is properly roasted.
Slice your lettuce and cucumber, or pickles, whichever you decide to go with. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on them and serve with ketchup.
9. Chicken and Cucumber Salad
Squeezed lime juice
Boil your chicken thighs with seasoning. Then you can fry or roast it in the oven.Slice your cucumber and avocado into a separate plate. Add your olives, cheese and lime juice. Serve with the roasted chicken.
