-Leave for 20-30 minutes

– 2 drops of tea tree oil
– 1 teaspoon of almond oil or carrot oil

– Add the 2 drops of tea tree oil to a teaspoon of almond or carrot oil. Mix well.
-Dip a cotton swab in it and apply it to the affected area.
-Leave it overnight.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar: It has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that can control acne. It also helps to maintain the PH level of your skin and helps reduce the infection that causes acne.

Try This Using:
-1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar
-3 tablespoon of water
– cotton balls

How to Use:

Mix 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar and 3 tablespoons of water. Soak in your cotton ball and gently wipe the affected areas with it. Rinse off after 15 to 30 minutes.

Note that apple cider vinegar, if not diluted, can cause burns and skin irritation.

 

4. Lemon: It contains a high amount of vitamin C, or also has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Due to these properties, whether it is applied physically or consumed, it helps to minimize acne.

Try This Using:
-1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 2-3 tablespoon of water
-cotton ball

How to Use:
-Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with 2-3 tablespoons of water
-Dip the cotton ball in the mixture and apply evenly all over the affected area.
-Wash after 20-30 minutes.

Note that lemons can cause irritations. Avoid using this if you are allergic to lemons.

 

5. Green Tea Extract: It contains polyphenols that also contain anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce sebum production thereby reducing acne.

Try this using
Used green tea bags.

How to Use
-Place some used tea bags in a refrigerator
-When it is cold, place the cold tea bags on your forehead
-Remove after 20-30 minutes and rinse your face with water.

6. Honey: It contains anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that help fight acne.

Try this Using Raw Honey

How to Use:
– Apply a little quantity of raw honey to your forehead
-Leave for 20-30 minutes and rinse it off

7. Tomato: Tomatoes are rich in vitamins and also have anti-inflammatory properties. It can help eliminate acne on your forehead.

Try this using 1/2 slice of tomatoes.

-Gently rub 1/2 slice of the tomato on your forehead
-Leave for 10-20 minutes and rinse it off

1. The first step is to maintain very good personal hygiene. Always wash and clean your face twice daily.

2. Always remove makeup from your face before going to bed.

3. Use a mild face scrub once a week

4. Avoid eating foods with so much sugar, processed flour, chocolate, dairy products, etc. Eat food that is rich in antioxidants and omega 3 acids.

5. Avoid wearing tight hats, scarfs, caps, or helmets

6. Do not expose yourself to the sun for long periods.

7. Follow a good skincare routine, this would make it easy to treat and prevent acne.

8. Do not touch your pimple. Touching it can cause breakouts on other parts of your body.

9. Change your bed and pillow covers regularly.
